388 = ( Γ(Γ(4)) − 4! ) 4 + 4

389 = ( Γ(Γ(4)) − 4! ) 4 + 4 + Γ(√4)

389 = (4 + T(4)) + 4! + 4

I know it seems unfair for me to point out a possible error when I haven't a clue how to correct it, but isn't that one digit 4 too many?

Yes, you're quite right. Thanks for pointing it out. I've changed it to something better.

391 = (4! x 4) + 4 + T(4)

392 = 4! * 4^√4 + 4!!

This is all perhaps getting a bit too easy. How about trying three 3s?

To correct Vera: (4! x 4) + 4 + T(4) = 398, not 391.

391 = T(T(gamma(4)))+sqrt(sqrt(sqrt(4^4!)))/.4
392 = 4*(4*4!+sqrt(4))

Oops. How about

391 = (4! x 4) + Г(4) + Г(√4)

That doesn't work - that includes 4 to the power 2

4 to the power 2 = (4)^2

and T(), phi() and gamma(). I think that that makes the problem too easy, though it's still rather a challenge if you limit yourself to 3 4s.

392 (see above)
393 = (gamma(4)+4^4)/sqrt(:4)

where by :4 I mean .4 recurring.

395 = T(T(gamma(4))+gamma(4)) + T(gamma(4)) - 4
