Close.. but no (you missed out some root signs - giving a result of 1340).
It should read :
381 = ( Γ(Γ(4)) + 4 + T(√4) ) * T(√4)

I know it seems unfair for me to point out a possible error when I haven't a clue how to correct it, but isn't that one digit 4 too many?

Yes, you're quite right. Thanks for pointing it out. I've changed it to something better.

391 = (4! x 4≤) + 4 + T(4)

This is all perhaps getting a bit too easy. How about trying three 3ís?

To correct Vera: (4! x 4≤) + 4 + T(4) = 398, not 391.

391 = T(T(gamma(4)))+sqrt(sqrt(sqrt(4^4!)))/.4
392 = 4*(4*4!+sqrt(4))
