Eating - Elsanta

The most common variety of strawberry sold in UK supermarkets is Elsanta. It is apparently known in the trade as “The fruit that bounces.” In other words, it’s chosen for its shelf life and durability, rather than for flavour, colour and so on.

Surely cranberries, or bounceberries, would be a more accurate answer to that question.

Come to think of it, quite a lot of fruits would bounce, wouldn't they? Hmm - how about "Which of these is the fruit that bounces?" and then drop a couple of actual bouncers, along with the Elsanta which, with any luck, won't actually bounce?
