There is a clip from last Friday's show on the first page of Top rated videos on YouTube..

Bit of an honour that...

Yes, definitely! That remains one of my favourite QI moments.

Okay - Series D up to Episode 4 is now done, with everyone's requests covered, I think. I'll start trying to do some of the previous series now.

Did I mention how much fun this job is? I didn't? Must have been having too much fun...

Need any help with that?

That clip on the QI DVD page has just reminded me of the clip where Stephen Fry does all the accents (including the impression of the Scottish guy trying to do an English accent). Could we have that, please?

Does anyone have a written copy of Ronnie Ancona's quote about obscurity. My computer flatly refuses to play the clip!

The clips from the Death episode are up.

Can you say what happens when you click on the clip link, junerussell - just so I can have an idea of the exact nature of the problem you're having? I take it you've installed the Quicktime plugin in your Web Browser...

Oh, and:
Ronni Ancona wrote:
Is this book about the word 'obscurity' before it got famous? How it was beaten by its adjective father? And left on the doorstep abandoned by his mother, and then it was the only noun growing up in a house of verbs.

But the verbs, they're always going out doing lovely things, because they're 'doing words', and poor old obscurity was stuck inside suffering from asthma. And then after school, after school it was surrounded by quotation marks, it got beaten up terribly, and then one day it entered into a reality TV show and it became very famous, and it was much in demand and used to describe all the people that leave Big Brother house.

Odd....I get that message, and when I click, it works. I suspect your internet browser settings need changing.

This week's Sherry Monocle discussion has to be on that archive. It was brilliant.
