I don't have my Feline Reference Manual, so interpret at will.

Have you ever read 'Archie and Mehitabel'? Maybe you should encourage the cat to type more often.

I thought it said "get me off this damned desk and bring me some pie" - my kitty phrase book must be for a different dialect...

djgordy - you must have a REALLY big keyboard....

I was considering using another appendage to type this - damn these open-plan offices.

What dialect would that be? Idiolect more like.

Don't be hating, man! My dander and set are sufficiently upped.

Are texans and canadians known for their love of pies?

I'm not sure . . . I enjoy a pie as much as the next person - but I thought it was the Southern folks that were pie people (american as, etc.)

OK, fair enough. But why would a cat like a pie. I mean if a joke is a joke it has to make some sense. Cats eating pies. I mean really!

Checking back, I see that I was looking at the wrong phrasebook entirely.

I was actually looking at the one that translates the resulting gibberish when you place a buffalo on your keyboard.

A person (from anywhere) that is tired of pie is tired of life.

This has got to be the most bizarre thread Ive ever read. You've gone from typing on your computer using different parts of your body to who likes pies most!

I understand that chaos and confusion are the foundations of British humor - at least I thought I understood. So by all accounts, pie-eating cats should be hilarious!

Should be and yet isn't. Strange that...

Maybe it's just Neotenic. I always thought there was something off about him/her/both/hamster.
