Yes, twelvety is a word, or was. Bilbo Baggins celebrated his eleventy-first birthday, as Tolkein was well aware of it as a word in Old English: eleventy and twelvety are ways to express 110 and 120. I think they are quite elegant.

You commonly find also 'hundtwelftig', which isn't two hundred and twenty, but the prefix "hund" starts appearing, so you get 'hundseofentig' for seventy, hundeahtig for eighty etc, and hundteontig for tenty - sorry - a hundred, which is also 'hundred'.
