Dammit I suppose that means all the recordings will have finished by May 2nd, which is the date of my arrival in the UK this year, and only for 11 days.

John Barrowman is one of the panellists on the afternoon recording of 5 March.

My brother was at yesterday’s recording (4th March). The guests were Phill Jupitus, Sara Pascoe and Mark Watson, and the theme was “Restaurants”.

According to Alex Bell’s Twitter feed, the episode with John Barrowman also featured Phill Jupitus and Aisling Bea, the theme being “Rude”.

Applause Store have sent out emails saying tomorrow's recording has been cancelled due to the virus.

Update: Looks like the QI recordings are going ahead, but without audiences.

Bet the audience still gets the highest score...

According to James Harkin on Twitter, they recorded two eps yesterday without an audience and all future recordings have now been postponed.

As it has not been updated for a while, some new ticket updates.

Three more recordings have been confirmed, one today (17th August), one on Wednesday 19th August, and a third on Friday 21st August.

The episode on Friday will also be recorded in front of a virtual audience, so if you have Zoom you can see it live. The episode will be "Random" and feature as guests Bill Bailey, Sally Phillips and Daliso Chaponda.

EDIT: I think that there might be two Friday recordings given the difference in time between the two.

The Applause Store page specifies "three specials only", so I presume the Zoom one is indeed separate to the one being ticketed there on the same date? That adds up to 15 recordings, so is the plan for there to be another virtual audience recording?

Alan has tweeted that they recorded five shows this week - I don't know when the fifth one was. Bill Bailey was a guest on three of them.

Hi all,

Just to answer a couple of questions here. We weren't allowed to have two audiences in the same day, but had to record 5 eps in 3 days.

So that ended up being:

17/8 One individual ep with an audience.
19/8 Two eps, with one audience and one no-audience at all
21/8 Two eps, with one audience and one zoom audience.

We don't know when they'll be aired, but one of them was the Christmas special, so it's probably a good guess that the rest will be just before or just after then.

I now know that one of the ones with an audience featured Bill Bailey, Jack Carroll and Olga Koch.
