A person named Nicholas Donovan (Trained as an Osteopathic Physician in Japan, Nicholas is now finishing his requirements to practice in the US according to the site) disagrees saying the Anterior Horn Cell of the spine is the largest and the Granule Cell of the Cerebellum is the smallest.
