Qigong (pronounced: chee-gun). The word “Qigong” is a combination of two concepts: “Qi,” the vital energy of the body, and “gong,” the skill of working of the Qi. It has a history of several thousand years, and is a highly popular practice, particularly in China, for health maintenance, healing, and increasing vitality.
Mind control is the core of the qigong exercise, you can rewire your brain with Qigong. You can so alter your mental and emotional makeup.

Preliminary results from experiments suggest Qigong may have positive effects on psychological well-being among patients with chronic illnesses(anxiety, depression). (There are limitations to these experiments)
