On 22 May 2010, Laszlo Hanyecz made the first real-world transaction using Bitcoins by buying two pizzas from a Papa John's in Jacksonville, Florida. A mere 7 years ago Bitcoins (BTC) were valued at about 1/100 of a cent so to sate his hunger Laszlo spent 10,000 BTC on the purchase. If he'd held on the the coins they'd currently be worth over $10,000 each which means that he effectively paid $50,000,000 per pizza - or about $6,250,000 per slice.

In our house, pizza is divided into six.

In ours it's divided into two, which is probably why we are now fat bastards.

What do you mean "divided"??

I cut it into six because I couldn't eat eight slices.

Major announcement.

I have only eaten one pizza in my entire life!

Don't like cheese, so "normal" pizza is off the menu. Was once with a group of people who all wanted pizza, and the voluntary group we were with was paying, so we went into a pizza place in Copenhagen and I had a cheeseless 12"* to myself.

*left there deliberately!
