Baffin Island would count as north east, certainly. These days it is in Nunavut - indeed, the Nunavut government resides at Iqaluit on Baffin Island - but until 1999 it was in Northwest Territories.

Labrador certainly ticks the east box. The northernmost point of Labrador is Cape Chidley, which is about two thousand miles south of the northernmost point of Canada. Indeed, the northernmost point of the UK lies north of Cape Chidley. Consequently, that point - Out Stack in Shetland - is in fact closer to the northernmost point in Canada than Cape Chidley is!
