Interesting Etymology:

In zoology, the term 'prehensile' indicates that a limb or tail is capable of grasping, seizing or holding.

Animals that have prehensile limbs include monkeys, opossums, anteaters, porcupines, chameleons, geckos and seahorses.

Elephants and tapirs have prehensile penises.

I'm not aware of any other mammals that do, but that is not to say that there are none.
