According to WHO (World Health Organisation), 1 in 400 people don't have either an XY or XX Chromosome pattern, these are the chromosomes defining sex in humans and counts for half of the chromosome anomalies in humans. Variations include (X and no Y) Turner Syndrome, (XXY) Klinefelter Syndrome and (XYY) males. Some of these conditions can cause life-altering differences while others might just make you taller.

[quote]
"Divergence from the normal number of X and Y chromosomes, called sex chromosome aneuploidy (SCA), accounts for approximately half of all chromosomal anomalies in humans with a total frequency of 1:400."
