'Fraid not. After Cain killed Abel, they had a third son, Seth, and then "many other sons and daughters", according to Genesis, none of whom get names. And Cain, when exiled to the land of Nod, managed to find a wife there who definitely wasn't his mother, so one might suppose that whoever was writing it at this juncture was assuming that there were people living there who may not have been related to Adam or Eve at all, even if he doesn't explicitly state this, or offer an explanation. And despite the bloke who wrote the previous chapter claiming that everyone is descended from Eve.
