Is Eeyore about to take a dump in that photo?

That was the sole reason for picking that as my official Yule card that year.
The online printer service allowed me to crop the picture such, that Eeyore was tucked away in the bottom left corner. Most people never spotted him.
Those who did, kept the card till way after New Year. One even framed it. :-)
Oh, and two kept it for display the following Yule!

The premise is simple: Run well-known songs through Google Translate, dragging them through a whole string of languages (not necessarily the same selection of languages for each line). Finally get them translated back into English, and then sing the result.

All together now...

It being Christmas Eve, I shall now allow myself to bid you all a Happy Christmas and a Merry New Year.

Well, that's the way round that I prefer it to happen, anyway.

Well, being where I am, my Christmas day lunch is all over now.

Went to the house of a woman from church and another woman from the school breakfast service we do, came too.
The hostess is Russian so some food was around that theme which suits me, I'm used to salamis/fish, etc.
There was also cold ham and turkey (temperature today was a very hot 36 C - the hottest Christmas in a few years that I remember)

We ate and were merry, etc. Then had coffee/tea on the couch with more traditional European style biscuits/cake, then an hour later, some ice cream!
Got some leftovers too that shall last me for the next couple of days.
