I think so far the show seems a lot more ... open? with Sandi as host. It's good :)

Yeah, that's definitely a sense of a change of mood that I get from the new series.

Having been to a few of the recordings this year as well, I can report that the atmosphere in the studio was very different as well. Whereas Stephen would come out and sit behind the desk to crack a few jokes and introduce the guests, Sandi came out and walked up and down in front of the audience. A small, but significant, difference*

She also made a point of bringing out the elf responsible for that recording's script so they could take a bow, and there was a wee "general ignorance" game with the audience before the guests came out to get everyone in the right mood.

*Before anyone says it, that is not a description of Sandi herself.

As opposed to t'weed, which you can actually use to make cloth.

Surely "t'weed" would mean either:

1. Those people who have recently urinated.
2. That portion of society who are usually unrinated upon as opposed to those who do the uninating (who would presumably be the "wee-ers" in this context) - hopefully in a metaphorical rather than literal sense.
