Earth Goes Round The Sun??

In Book of General Ignorance 1, p183, it is stated that Aristarchus (and Copernicus) believed the Earth orbited the Sun. All well and good.
On p184, it is stated that Galileo is most famous for his support of the Copernican (Aristarchan) theory that the Sun orbits the Earth!
Confused.

Well done, you have spotted an erratum. Accordingly, you get a few points and this round of applause.

I'm afraid you don't win a one million pound cash prize, because the error has been noted on these forums before (post 128536 and post 133150). Mind you, those people didn't get a one million pound cash prize either ...
