Hardly worth mentioning, but maybe people are grabbing the subtitles to produce transcripts or their own subtitles: the name of a bright town in Holland is Schipluiden, not Schipliden.

Just wondering, now that Stephen is leaving QI does that mean you are going to have to change the theme tune?

I rather liked Mr Fry's jumper. The imporvised musical was very good too.

Why would it mean that?

If the theme tune had words which mentioned Mr Fry, or if Mr Fry were the singer, then I can see why it might need to change. But since it's just a tune ...?

I think Ian Dunn refers to the Morse code that is embedded in the tune, referring to a website:

www.alan0andstephenhero.com

as shown in the last episode.

I was just wondering if they want the tune to have a similar meaning they may have to change the notes so instead of playing the name "Stephen" which in Morse is ... - . .--. .... . -. they instead play "Sandi" which is ... .- -. -.. ..
