Without anti-gravity technology are we going to be stuck with the same (protein shapes) old same (advocations) old for ever?

Hello Zoltan - what are you on about now?

this might be TLTR

People seem to think we are steadfastly moving toward some type of Star Trek utopia instead of facing the fact that we are all going to be stuck here with each other forever, in which case we better learn to have more fun; unless we do something about gravity and that's not looking very likely.

Therefore if we had anti-gravity we wouldn't need so much levity?

If we get very cheap energy from fusion then overcoming gravity becomes a lot cheaper than it is now.

We're still dependent on Newton's third even with cheap energy.

Bussard Ramjets seem a more probable way out...

Anti-gravity wouldn't help us much AFAICS.
