Is that, strictly speaking a "song"? I believe Cage wrote it for any instrument or combination of instruments, so I suppose a vocal version might be possible, but I've never heard it attempted by a singer.

Don't think so. The three movements last 30″, 2′23″ and 1′40″. The gaps between movements aren't part of the piece. (In fact, would there be anything to stop the musicians from playing their instruments between movements?)
