I came in a small package once. I'm barred from that Post Office for life.

I'm tempted to agree with you there but for

Most of the women I have fallen in love with have been short. Except for the two I married - I think I should stick to short women in future.

Arsenal also linked with Real Madrid's Karim Benzama.

Or maybe Alvaro Morata, on loan perhaps, since:

Currently Karim Benzema is seen by Carlo Ancelotti as the man to lead the club’s attack, with wide-men Cristiano Ronaldo and Gareth Bale either side of him, and Jese Rodriguez has perhaps edged ahead of Morata in the Italian manager’s pecking order.

Although Olivier Giroud would rather that wasn't the case it seems.

‘If the coach wants me to rest, he can do it without buying a new striker,’ he told French TV.

‘Lukas Podolski is having a good come-back. Theo Walcott can play as a striker. We have the quality and the quantity.

‘I would rather not see a new striker come in.’

I could rant for ages about this topic so I shall not. I am not happy with what is going with my team Spurs. I will say no more.

I am shocked that Nicholas Anelka has been criticised for doing that quenelle thing, What people don't realise is that it is actually part of a tai'chi movement, the full name of which is fu-quenelle-wattat-wat.

Another January transfer window comes again. Spurs should not be thinking about doing any business IMHO. They need to get the most out of the existing squad.

Are you sure about that?

I think that Ferguson got out of Man Utd before they started to decline. Older players and not a lot of money spare for new ones, besides the time it will take to make a team of them. I almost feel sorry for David Moyes. (not really)

As a Surrey gel, I am surprised Man Utd are not your natural team of choice, sal! :-)

Wash your mouth out. Levred is only three quarters of an hour from Chelsea by train and underground.

This thread is close enough. I'm torn between the Seahawks (my local team) and the Broncos (the local team when I first lived in the US). Only one way to find out, get drunk and see who I yell at the most during the superbowl.
