Emma Hamilton

Nell Gwyn

Lillie Langtry

Lord Nelson

FORFEIT: Hamilton/ Gwyn/ Langtry

ANSWER:
Vice Admiral The Right Honourable Horatio Nelson, 1st Viscount Nelson, 1st Baron Nelson, 1st Duke of Bronte, KB, RN

In Naval parlance DD stands for 'Discharged Dead' - which Nelson himself was after the battle of Trafalgar. Following careful study none of the famous mistresses shown have particularly large breasts.

NOTES:
DD is the term used in navy musterbooks to indicate that a crew member has been killed (or died) onboard and that their pay has hence been stopped. It stands for 'DISCHARGED DEAD'.

449 British sailors were DD after the Battle of Trafalgar.
