I'm happy with either of those, but for Jenny's sake no-one.

Well, we really DO need to define control here but...

Saying nobody abandons the internet to abuse by people who would or could

a. Seek to stop it from functioning for personal/political/financial reasons.

b. Use it to organise various sorts of crimes. That could be ANY crime remember, not just stuff which 'liberal minded people' wouldn't object to.

c. Actively seek to control cyberspace and make it their own by any and every means without obligation to other users.

I think it important that all political agendas worldwide be allowed to express their views on the internet so that we can read about them if we want to and use the information to make our own decisions. Governments have no shortage of ways in which to get their message across, including the internet of course (except that their sites are really dull; even if they are quite important), the options for other groups are more limited.

So I think 'Some guy in his bedroom with a laptop' is a good idea, provided of course that he thinks EXACTLY as I do.

I mean Jenny was right about her solution...I'm not calling Jenny a guy in his bedroom with a laptop.

BTW, "Random" has spread onto the News :p

At the risk of seeming nerdy, Padme Naberrie was elected Queen of Naboo and took the name Amidala.
