It says here that they were made for the 100th episode; i don't think it's possible to buy one. Also, welcome to QI.

I'm sure with a distant memory of the Blue Peter of our collective youth we could make some from sticky-backed plastic and toilet roll centres.

TBH, it's not that expensive to get merchandise created with your own designs these days, especially if you're ordering in a bit of quantity rather than singularly (and they don't need to be huge quantities).

If you stick to best quality materials you can keep the integrity of the show, and rather than choosing simply enamel badges, etc, you can also keep the integrity of the concept by making the merchandise "interesting" in itself.
