The Greek government pays you with five rows of four 1 euro coins. But when you count it, all you've got is 10 euro. What happened?

No, it would work with about any object: 5 rows of 4 trees, 5 rows of 4 houses, 5 rows of 4 atoms, 5 rows of 4 matches, 5 rows of 4 of your male dogs (assuming you own at least 10 male dogs), 5 rows of 4 pairs of glasses, 5 rows of 4 laser beams, 5 rows of 4 famous and original paintings, ...

Here's a clue: how many (unique) rows of 2 socks can you create with 4 socks (in a fixed position)?

Here's a solution. 10=5+5, 20=5*3+5:

Code:

      o     o

         o
       o   o

   o    o o    o

         o
