I couldn't understand any of that.

I know, but it had to be said.

Wow, I've already got a quibble.

According to Wookiepedia, Ewoks live on the planet Endor, not Titan ;)

Technically Ewoks lived on the forest moon of Endor, not on the planet Endor itself.

Endor is also known as "The Forest Moon of Endor"

Edit: Actually... What?! It's called Endor, but it's not, but it is? Weird. Why can't they make up their mind?

If they'd consulted their Frommer's guide they'd have seen the entry for Titan which reads:

Quote:
Though tossing Ewoks into lakes of Methane are seen as a traditional past time in Titan, it is a little known fact that these are not related to the Ewoks found on Endor, but through convergent evolution appear very similar. The scientific name for the Titan Ewok is Iapetus Titanus.

BTW, please tell me we get a bit of Unwinese in this episode, it would be a shame if they passed up the opportunity.

I would also quibble with the assertion that farts are mad of methane. Farts are made up of a number of gases but they are mostly just nitrogen, oxygen and carbon dioxide. The smell is hydrogen sulphide. Methane is a lesser component and

Quote:
According to Dr. James L. A. Roth, the author of Gastrointestinal Gas (Ch. 17 in Gastroenterology, v. 4, 1976) most people (2/3 of adults) pass farts that contain no methane. If both parents are methane producers, their children have a 95% chance of being producers as well. The reason for this is apparently unknown. Some researchers suspect a genetic influence, whereas others think the ability is due to environmental factors. However, all methane in any farts comes from bacterial action and not from human cells.

Judging by the preview clip I would say this episode is an improvement on last week. Then again, anything is an improvement on last week.

See, now you've said that this week's episode will be absolutely rubbish.

This is what the physicists have been looking for; effect preceding cause.

Ross Noble, The Cox, Gordon the Gopher, Saturn's rings and the foreskin of Jesus.

THIS IS MORE LIKE IT!!! Not even ten minutes in, and this is already pittling on Inventive from the top of Tokyo Tower.

One of the very best episodes; a corker even in the 30 minute version.
