One of the facts on the app list is most definately wrong while it was amusing. The first person to survive going over the Niagara Falls wasn't a man but a women called Annie Edison Taylor. She subsequently went delirous and cray after this feat as no one recognised the bravery of the act because she was too old for people to consider her a hero.

The man who did it next was branded a hero but he died of gagrine after he fractured his leg.
