Hi all,

I guess my username is a bit of a giveaway but hey! I will still introduce myself! I live in Norfolk UK, not far from the fabulously devine QI presenter, Stephen Frys' house! well one of them I should suspect!

I love facts, talking, discussions and debates but would rather just say a friendly Hello in a friendly way! I was quite shocked to read some of the other introduction posts and was almost a little afraid to post!! some got very personal from certain newbies!

I just hope that where I am from doesn't offend the chap (I cant remember his username!) in anyway - not aware of any historical battles where anyone can claim to have whooped anyones bottom so I think I'm ok!!

I'm very much looking forward to debating with you all - I love QI! Watch it on BBC and on Dave! and in my opinion, Stephen Fry is a jewel in the English crown!!

Not sure if anyone wants to know anything about me, so I will just see how this all works first just incase I make a fool of one self!

Take care, Jo

Excellent intro, Ainee waves to a sister(?) Norfolk Duckling, before all the Really Important People say hello to you!

I was born in Walsingham Abbey itself, on 23 April 1961, so you are welcome to come to my Birthday Party, along with all these fascinating people on here. We know some are previously engaged, but that's ok too.

Ainee waves Welcome!

Ainee points up politely at one of the Important Ones here.

But cannot draw an arrow at this time of night.

See? It's really hard to get the Posting Game right here.
You'll learn.

But I am sure someone will be along in a while to correct me pleasantly.

Blimey, if you think I'm one of the important ones your definition of that term needs adjusting.

I will wave too

I do notice it does not have the same visual effect in a post.

Hi there, NorfolkGal.
Ignore bombmaniac. Rather concentrate on the answers/replies to his post to get a better idea of what we are like.

Aside:- has he been back?

Hi there!

Many thanks for all my fab 'welcomes'!! and I do feel much more at ease thank you Soup!! I realised after I read some more posts that this particular chap is in a minority thank goodness! and you are all as I thought you would be!

That's great to meet a 'sister'!! Hi Ainee! I know Walsingham Abbey very well and the gurneys. My sister-in-law had a self contained flat within the abbey and we use to have to meet Mr Gurney (the Barclay family) for tea and sit and write his weekly cheques for charity as he was blind!!!

And, yes, Zomgmouse, you are quite right my name is Jo!

I'm looking forward to asking you all the weird and wonderful questions that pop up in my mind from time to time and more importantly having some suggestions from like-minded people!

Best wishes, Jo (Me!)
