Elephants Knees

I noticed on the qi app that someone has posted that elephants are the only animal with 4 knees, i thought this was an urban myth????

Looking at an elephant skeleton it doesnt look to me like the front legs have knees.

Apparently the front legs have elbows and not knees. But then again...
