World Territorial Disputes

QI are the number of territorial and maritime disputes between countries. The recent spat between Britain and Argentina (discussed elsewhere) is one of many ongoing disputes, here are three interesting examples:

Taiwan still claims Mongolia as part of China.

Canada and USA still have six territorial disputes outstanding.

Macclesfield Bank and the Spratly Islands claimed by many countries

Probably one of the most ridiculous claims to US territory concerning Wake Island.
