I use new air

There's something unique here. It's a word puzzle, not a what am I? nor a cryptic crossword clue. It may help to know that Americans have a slight advantage here.

Maybe the words are all homophones of other words.
    I eye
    use youse (American colloquialism of "you")
    new knew
    air heir
Then again there would be nothing unique about such a thing.
