I'd been thinking about doing that... but been too lazy...

Did you cut ovals, and then rotate them - or were the practicalities more difficult?

I was using MS Paint so I could only do small rectangles rather than ovals – but I could zoom in for better precision. After cutting a relevant section, I dragged it somewhere, rotated it by 180° and pasted it back on the face. The whole job took less than two minutes.

You have to choose your face carefully. Some faces are funny in that you can’t get a funny face out of them at all.

It's amazing the prosthetics that had in the LOTR films... I wonder if swapping the eyes and mouth on this troll will be an improvement?

Incidentally, I did my original facejob of Stephen Fry by rotating the mouth and eyes through 180°. Looking carefully at the pictures of the faces of Margaret Thatcher and Alan Davies, however, I realize that the transformation ought to have been a horizontal reflection instead. So this is how Stephen’s face should be:
