fecund - [fertile]
febrile - [feverish]
fulsomeness - [offensiveness/excessiveness]
feign - [pretend to be]
fornicate - [bonk]

eg. Do you see those febrile youngsters, yonder? They seem a fecund lot. Feign ignorance of their fulsomeness, lest they fornicate.

In medical terms, a fistula is where two organs get connected by a duct that ought not to be there. The most visible ones go to the skin (which is, of course, an organ) and this can be a major problem when the fistula orginates from the bowel.

Fornicate has a quite interesting etymology, derives from the Latin fornix, which is an arch or vaulted room. Because the arches of certain buildings/aqueducts in Rome were known as places where prostitutes solicited clients.

It's also the name of a sludge metal band from Ohio who, in their own words, are influenced by "Smoke, Cat Hair and Toe Nails" and sound like "Bad Credit and Dead Friends".

I like that John. And stereotype: doesn't necessarily mean what you think it does (especially if you are talking to a printer).

(Wiktionary says: a metal printing plate cast from a matrix moulded from a raised printing surface).
