Nice one!

I will defo sign it when I get home from work (the petition online site is blocked by our web filter).

Hopefully this will give BBC some idea of the potential sales figures.

It's now 193 signatures. Thanks to all those who signed it so far.

The main reason for so many signatures arriving in such a small space in times appears to be the fact that the elves plugged it on Twitter. I would like to thank them for doing so and hope they do it again.

I've come to repeat my earlier post, with added facts.

Here is a partial list of BBC programmes which have been released on dvd:

Last of the Summer Wine
Steptoe & Son
The Good Life
Dad's Army
Are You Being Served?

The people who watch these programmes don't even know what a dvd IS!

You can put those crap-fests out, but not QI?

I like the BBC generally, but from now on I shall refer to you as 'a bunch of mindless jerks who'll be the first against the wall when the revolution comes.'

If you think Steptoe & Son and Dad's Army are on the same crapness level as Last of the Summer Wine and Are You Being Served?, I'm not sure you deserve QI DVDs.

Well, some fans do know how to work a DVD player.

If it's a Murdoch led revolution, he's right. In fact I think it might be the very slow 'revolution' going on right now that he's talking about.

As a matter of fact, my computer once briefly slipped through a hole in space-time and returned carrying a future version of these forums, describing the BBC as "a bunch of mindless jerks who were first against the wall when the revolution came".
