As a 62 yo 4th generation Aussie male that’s worked behind bars (pulling beers - not the other type of bars), driven semi’s and b-doubles all over Australia (and one road train on one return trip from Brisbane to Port Augusta) and spent about 10 years carting shipping containers around the wharves I’ve never heard a woman or any part of a woman’s anatomy referred to as (a) ‘Charlie’.

Many other figures of speech come to mind but the only time I can recall ‘Charlie’ being used as slang, as opposed to someone whose given name was Charles was by Australian ex-POW’s that had survived Japanese internment during WWII when referring to their captors... and they did not use it as a term of endearment.
