He's been suggested quite a few times over the years.

But sadly, it's most unlikely ever to happen - he doesn't fly, so his availability for anything outside of the USA and Canada is extremely limited.

But wasn't Ryan in the original series of Whose Line in the UK? Or did his not wanting to fly happen after that?

He was indeed. As far as I can tell he's never liked flying, but his fear of it has gotten worse over the years.

There's a Whose Line tour in North America this year (with Greg Proops, but without Colin Mochrie), and the tour dates are set up so that he can drive from show to show - he doesn't do shows on consecutive days if the venues are too far apart to drive in three hours.

Goodness, well that explains that then! No Colin Mochrie is sad, Colin is probably my favourite Whose Line member, wonder why he isn't doing the show...

Don't know.

No-one said anything about Wayne Brady yet.

Yes, they did; Coldalarm mentioned him in post 901030 and you mentioned him in post 901054.

I haven't read the whole thread but saw some suggestions I would definitely agree with: Maureen Lipman was mentioned at the beginning; great suggestion! As were those for Dawn French and Adam Hart Davis.

I don't know if they've been mentioned, but I'd like to see Paul Whitehouse, Johnny Ball (if he hasn't retired!) and Sean Hughes.

I was glad to see Frank Skinner finally appear in the last series and also Sarah Millican, whom I'd never heard of before but thought was brilliant. They can both come back! :-)

i don't think Johnny Ball has retired as he was on Woman's Hour today.

He strikes me as one of those people who are so full of energy that they will only retire when physically unable to move.

He sounded manly and was talking about being a grandfather so i don't think he's become a woman.

Sounds more like he's an old woman now.
