Giraffes Don't Play Harmonicas, So It Can't Be A Giraffe (Boothby Graffoe)

Hitch Me To Your Buggie And Drive Me Like A Mule (Will Weldon)

C-H-I-C-K-E-N Spells Chicken (Kirk McGee and Blythe Poteet)

And, while they're not songs as such, perhaps an honourable mention for Erik Satie for such gems as Desiccated Embryos, 3 Truly Flabby Preludes (for a dog), 3 Pieces in the Form of a Pear, Penultimate Thoughts, and Cold Pieces (Airs to make you run away).

Illinois Enema Bandit is from the master of the bizarre the late great Frank Zappa! One needs look no further than the collected works of FZ and his one time, long time chum Don Van Vliet (aka Captain Beefheart) for great titles allied to great music.

A lot of the Dead Kennedys' singles had bizarre names;

"Religious Vomit"
"Nazi Punks Fuck Off"
"Let's Lynch the Landlord"
"Holiday in Cambodia"
"Terminal Preppie"
"I am the Owl"

They had even more bizarre lyrics and a downright odd approach to music.

But, as a callow teenager I listened happily to them.
