QI website: terms & conditions
Here are the terms & conditions for using the QI website. You can read this page anywhere on the QI website by clicking the link at the very bottom of every page.
Your email address and personal details
QI will never give your email address to any other organisation or individual without your permission. We hate spam as much as you do. In fact, as we're running a large server, we probably hate it more because it slows down our website.
Likewise, we will never give out any personal information that you choose to enter on our Member areas or in the Talk Forums. This information is kept in a secure server, and although you can choose to make some of your personal information public if you want, we will never relase it without your permission.
Posting copyrighted material
The QI Talk Forums allow users to post material that they have researched from elsewhere. While we take every precaution to ensure that we don't infringe any copyright, you should satisfy yourself that any material you post does not carry copyright restrictions.
Your contributions to QI
You agree that everything you post on QI can be used by Quite Interesting Ltd in whatever business it deems appropriate, without expecting anything more than an appreciative nod and perhaps a credit. We don't want to infringe anyone's copyright, so don't just cut-and-paste material from elsewhere without making it clear that that's what you're doing.
